PROUD PAST...BRIGHT FUTURE

Now, in our sixth year as owners of a legendary restaurant, our management team has accomplished the goal of restoring the proud past of Wintzell's Oyster House. In addition, we have developed the groundwork for a bright future by successfully converting three closed or underperforming restaurants to our concept. In 2005, our four company restaurants will have sales in excess of $8.0 million, making each competitive with the sales averages of national chains.

Our success has been a journey, starting with neither systems nor procedures of operations. We have created a chain with consistent delivery to our customers of great seafood, friendly service, and value. Because of our customer acceptance and track record of financial success in each restaurant, we will continue to grow by offering franchise opportunities throughout the Gulf Coast region. At the same time, we will continue opening Wintzell's in the Mobile area; thus, exploring opportunities to be innovative with our menu and systems that will improve profits. It has been 67 years and we're still shuckin'.
