Wintzell’s Oyster House has been around since 1938, and has created ”name recognition” throughout the Gulf Coast region. A proven track record and longevity is important to a franchise concept.
Management support is essential to a franchise. Bob Donlon and the Wintzell’s team have over 50 years of “hands-on” experience in operations, real estate and franchising with companies including Cracker Barrel and Burger Chef/Hardees.
Since opening our first franchise in Guntersville, AL in June 2008, we have continued to continue on the tradition of Wintzell’s into 11 locations and growing. Our goal is to expand the company to twenty-five locations throughout the Eastern United States by 2018, our eightieth year.
